This happened on Android a month ago, and just recently got fixed, so the next version of google maps on iOS will presumably also fix it for you. Just gotta wait for Apple to approve the next version ...

This is likely dew/fog on a sensor, and as you drive it clears itself. Happens on mine too on cold moist mornings.

Set the HUD to show charge/discharge around the speed. The navigation goes on the right of that, and the map fills the lower display. If you didn't get the HUD, not sure there's much you can do :-(

A 12V Li battery is only $100 more than a Pb battery at wholesale. And it lasts much longer (life of the car, probably) and weighs less. I'm sad to learn it doesn't have it! Whenever I replace 12V batteries in other cars, I buy a Li battery the same size online and then never have to do it again.
