my year old Macan 4 does this every time you try AC charging using the cars charge scheduler. Sound is like the air suspension compressor pumping up and then releasing the pressure. Car also throws a yellow high voltage system fault. Car been back to dealer about ten times and no resolution...

i don’t use the scheduler on the car but the one in the chargers app which means the power only switches on at midnight and car cannot draw charge before then.

Just picked my car up after update. Didn’t recognise a 30 mph sign as 80mph on way home where it used to. So keeping my fingers crossed. Will have to now see if yellow high voltage fault when charging from car scheduler has gone away. Not noticed any other changes on the hours drive home ……...

This was one problem my 4 with Innodrive did not have until it was in at dealer last month and got full software update. Now periodically reads 30mph signs a 80mph! Going back in next week to have both pulse inverters replaced, so will raise then.

Yes, the info supplied by Karl-El works but you need to do the App and car separately……… at least in my experience.

Hi, I’ve found that on a charger controlled charge if I unlock the car, plug cable in and lock the car with the key I get an error but the car charges. If I don’t go in the car after ive unlocked and plug charger in and let the car re-lock itself I don’t get any errors. May be worth a try.

An update, got my Macan back after yet another week with the dealer. They could not find any charging issues……but admitted they couldn’t see the charging errors that were reported to me by the App. Four of five errors were tracked to the technician not properly authenticating their charger...
