Flew up to Atlanta Monday and did the program yesterday morning. They did not have my model (4S ) so I drove the Turbo. Truly a great experience. I had a little exposure to performance driving many years ago but that was rear wheel drive. The combination of weight and all wheel drive cancelled anything I thought I remembered!
This did confirm my guess that our Macan’s hit the sweet spot in automotive engineering. I even swapped with the instructor for a lap to have him show me how it should be done. He gets to drive them all and agrees.
No, you will not seem me in any of the 33 at Indy on Memorial Day but it was a great experience, well worth the money and like most things at Porsche, first class.
