just heard from my dealer that 4Runners are stuck at port. I am in the Philadelphia area and am pretty sure this is the port in Baltimore. Anyone else hear anything similar?

Dealing with the same thing right now. But I’m on california. ETA was originally 5/8 but has been getting pushed back everyday until yesterday now I have no eta and got a call today that it’s stuck at the port. :/

Well, there are 254 ORP's with a shipping status of "Port to dealer" and all but 15 of them have had their delivery dates zero'd out.

I noticed the dates for my allocated ORP disappeared when I checked the Google Sheet early today as I'm on the East coast. I had a delivery date 5/2-5/17 earlier this month, but that was pushed back to 5/17-5/25 about 10 days ago. I'm traveling from FL to TN so getting anxious and a coworker whose car was hit while stopped at a light is waiting to purchase my Nissan Rogue so she has wheels again.

Bro, I got the same story from my dealer in Ca. a month ago. Mine arrived at port on April 22nd and it didn’t arrive at the dealership 40 miles away from port until May 6th. I have no clue what is going on (tariffs, dealer shenanigans?). Sorry, that wait was brutal, I get it…

Mine is in the list with no date but says port to dealer. My dealer messaged me a couple days ago and said they would be receiving it in the next week. I didnt ask him about this list but he didnt mention any delays to me

I was told mine was going to be at the dealership on 4/29, it didn't arrive and the date kept getting pushed back a day or 2 on the smart inventory website, and then the date just lapsed and was stale. The vehicle finally came in 3 weeks later on 5/13. I asked my dealer and they weren't sure why it was delayed other than possible slowness at the port. I picked it up today...now I have to read the manual to figure out all the settings.

Salesman text me earlier and said “They just put new 4runner off roads on hold. Yours was literally waiting to get on a truck and head to us. More than likely nothing serious because they would stop sale all of them. Probably just checking on something, could be a technology software update. Unsure. But will keep you updated. Hoping to get more info Monday. Shouldn’t be a long hold.”

I put a deposit down for a Limited In March and my dealer said they still don't have an allocation for one with Portobello interior and FTFWD.

This weekend I stopped by my local Honda dealer and test drove a new Passport Trailsport Elite. I was impressed. It doesn't have what it takes to go against a ORP for true off road capabilities but it's better than a Limited for luxury features and can still confidently take you on off road trails. The build quality and materials are top notch and it has more room, especially in the back seat and it rides comfortably.

Since I was buying a Limited, it was the luxury features that really impressed me. Tri-zone climate control with automatic seat heaters/coolers in the front. It was 90 degrees yesterday and the seat coolers automatically came on. It does the same thing with the seat heaters in the winter along with the heated steering wheel and heated windshield. Toyota keeps this feature exclusive to Lexus. The only thing the Limited has over the Passport is the power tilt and telescopic steering wheel and rearview mirror camera. And it's $5,000 less than the Limited spec'd the way I wanted.

The Honda dealer says they have one in the color I want on their allocation and it's scheduled to be built in a week. As much as I wanted to finally get my dream vehicle I can't ignore that the Passport is just a better vehicle than a Limited or even a Platinum. I'm calling them tomorrow and tell them to put me down for the Passport and to Toyota to get my deposit back.

They have a removable Bluetooth speaker that has been on shortage and I think they are holding them at port until they get more of those speakers in to ship them to us without it being missing. Ill keep you updated as it gives me alerts "
So to me it sounds like he doesn't know why the delay he's speculating. I was wondering if we all had the Moonroof option and maybe there was an issue with that. As far as I know my vehicle was on the train moving across the country last Monday (Portland to TN last spotted in NE) so I fully expected it would be on truck and at the dealer by this past weekend.

My 4Runner sr5 has a hold at the port for QC. It’s a sr5 with no JBL speaker. I’m hearing a mix of things mostly being about the air dam falling off. :/

Total speculation but there is a current recall for 443,000, 2022-2025 Tundra and Tundra Hybrids.

Likely not related but perhaps Toyota wants to vet the 4Runners to ensure this recall is not impacting those.
