Wouldn’t it be great if Porsche GB were instructed to provide decent customer service!

I wish the same with Porsche GB - I ran 2 Taycans for 3 years - Customer Service very poor and a dealer that couldn’t care less . Moved dealer and had a Macan 4S for 7 months- generally excellent but now an issue as reported on warning lights thread.

Strange to drop from over 300 mile (480km) range to 240 especially when the official figures suggest 377 miles range is possible albeit unlikely!

This is on a journey mainly motorway 70mph ( possibly slightly more but less than an indicated 77 officer)

I’m sure of the % charge and the range and then to divide by % and multiply x 100. This is the best in a week - still not risking a French road trip despite being a bit more than the low of 240 .

Nothing in post - nothing on website- not risking foreign trip with range down to 240 and warning of main battery issues - would you?

No idea - read about the recall - mentioned to Technician and he confirmed- so apparently unless I break down nothing can be done until end of October ( no loan car) or end of November if I want a loan car - memory of 3 years of Taycan ownership is flooding back? Wonder if anyone at Porsche GB...

Just had report from Porsche triage. Software issues - ‘battery integration’ and rear motor recall. No loan cars until end November- booking now end of October - no loan car! Will have to use wife’s car for French trip next week- not good enough is it??
