I don't believe they'll be able to fix it, they need a software update from Porsche to undo whatever the November patch broke. Hopefully I'm wrong because its a PITA to drive to an Electrify America.

*** Update *** I was able to resolve the Plug & Charge issue, but I still can’t charge the car using any AC charger. The dealer had the vehicle for about a week and was unable to charge it reliably via AC, so they’ve ordered a replacement Central High Voltage Box from Germany.

Oh no, I didn't even think of that but they did confirm when I bought the car that it had the latest firmware.

The dealership sent a porter to my house in a different Macan and I tested my Tesla charger on that one and it charged without any issues. So something is up with my car. They took it back to the shop and will work on diagnosing and fixing it. Hopefully it ends up being a simple software issue.
