Had this issue about a month ago. The service department said that they had to "reinstall" the last software update claiming that there was a step missed. It took a few days for them to figure it out but problem has been resolved.
Thanks. After you reached 100%, did you leave the charger connected to the car for another 8 hours? And did you then disconnect and let the car sit locked and without app activity for a further period?
Sorry to bother you but can you clarify your specific procedure? After you dropped to 1% (and 8 hours later it jumped to 23%), did you run down the battery again to get it to 4% (which then led to 14% after 8 hours)? Or did you do a full charge to 100% after each cycle of dropping to low SoC?

While you work through resetting the red circle error, double check the breaker rating for the line that supplies your charger it should be a 60A breaker. Are there any other loads connected to that breaker?
