While you work through resetting the red circle error, double check the breaker rating for the line that supplies your charger it should be a 60A breaker. Are there any other loads connected to that breaker?

Agreed, this can work for some but I have a steep approach, lots of snow in the winter and from a purely aesthetic standpoint I prefer a centre mount.
