i think the interial is very nice upgrade ove the macan. The curved screen, palm rest and leather on the doors...is really nice. The size difference is really good too. I like it
I'm just not a fan of the exterior. I def feel the macan looks better
if you haven't been watching those OGS mechanic videos...The cool is SUPER important for EV's. it also doesn't appear to be something that can be done without access to the ECU.
A lot of the other stuff can be done yourself, but at least for the 1st one, i'd let them check that coolant system.
yeah, that does look like.
as someone who used the standard mobile charger to charge, a way to see how many KhW i've charged would be nice!
I don't want to have to buy a new charger just for that information... (i use android too btw, so an app for them would be nice)
ahhh yes, now that you mention it,...
according to the site, he's actually a Porsche partner...so maybe he has the access and tools. I'm still going to inquire. can't hurt
ya'll see this?
Unleash the Full Power of Your Porsche vehicle's Lighting with Matrix – 9XX
I don't know if we missed the boat on this...i'm gonna reach out to him to see if the services are still available..
But is basically exactly what we've been looking for...
the site list Matrix...
love watching these guys work
ahhh so the car was in accident...was probably totaled by the insurance, and it was then sold at auction.
This owner bought, and of course, it didn't run....SO OGS to the rescue.
who know how much he bought it for...but no doubt the OGS bill will a fraction of...
yeah, ya live and learn...that's what these forums are all about. sharing knowledge and dispelling misinformation (like you have to use OE sensors)
glad it all worked out for you.
yeah i have Autel MX-1 models (iirc). They work perfectly fine.
as you noted, the shop probably didn't do their due diligence. You do need to know the car specs to program the TPMS's.
I bought the sensors, and a programmer (autel MaxiTPMS TS508)...$100 for the sensor, $130 for the programmer...
yeah, just put the keys out of the range when cleaning/washing the car. If you're if a car wash tunnel, use the brake "hold" instead of putting it in park...
i got en error for charging this morning... I'm only using the provided mobile EVSE.... And I know you guys are linking the charging issues to recent updates, but i haven't received the most recent updates.
I only needed to upload the charger (from power, as the lights on the charger were RED)...
that Self Driving system does look impressive...I bet it's politics or security concerns why that's not used in other countries....or their capabilities/mapping is specific to china
i've posted about this before. I def think the regen is broken up between the front and rear.
For example, if it's cold, you often will not have braking regen at first.
BUT you can still have "thrust recouperation" or the regen "on" and it will regen independently of the braking regen!
so i...
just call the porsche customer service. Not the dealer.
it's pretty common that ppl have connectivity issues when the car is first picked up. It's generally been a server issue that that is not resolved in the car...the customer service ppl can rectify it pretty easily.
^ coasting is def the way to go... you can go further not using any energy, and still recover some under normal braking.
having owned this car for 1+ yrs...i've never noticed any difference in the "response" or regen between the modes....But maybe i'll mess around with it again and see.
