I had this twice while it was raining... I assume it happened because I accidentally pressed the button on the key while in my pocket. The problem is that my car was outside next to my office on the first floor. It is really annoying that the app doesn't warn you that something is open on the car.

How was your satellite issue resolved? I seem to have the same problem. Also in the app the car doesn't show its actual location anymore.

I had this several times during my 2.000 km trip 2 weeks ago. It appeared to be a dirty radar screen. After cleaning it, all was normal again. But I must say, it doesn't need a lot of dirt to start throwing warnings.

This would be great news! As I have missed this very much on all my previous cars. By the way, the new Macan also has a rear camera cleaner. You can activate this when reversing in the pcm. There is a 'button' next to the rear view. Very handy!
