Basically what you get is active lane keeping and active lane change (this is new to MY2026).
Active LKA keeps you in the center of the lane, it's mostly for highway driving and works well if the road is clearly marked, weather is good and curves and not too tight ;) I like it very much, works...

Press them for detailed data - what was bent, how was the alignment before and after - let them show you the data and not some BS explanation. Run the data...
I think if anything was bent or the subframe was misaligned you would have seen it in the suspension alignment which would not be possible to set with proper parameters. Ask for the printout and run it through chatgpt, you'd be surprised by the insight.
