It's an easy fix, take it to the dealer. I had this problem and it was permanently fixed.

Try doing a hard PCM reset (hold down power button for longer) and check it you have the newest SQ5 update applied.

The newest update 28.13 SQ5 seems to resolve most of early stage issues but I would assume Taycan J1.2 should me more reliable compared to first gen Macan. I wouldn't buy a used one without looking deep into service history.

TBH most of these issues are resolved by newest updates and as for #1 you can disable it in settings (I assume the A/C kicks in when opening car - there is a setting for that)
