I don't think it's your responsibility to figure out what's wrong. Take it to the shop, tell them to fix it and repeat until they do it. Don't accept anything that is not satisfying to you. It's the only way.

I think if anything was bent or the subframe was misaligned you would have seen it in the suspension alignment which would not be possible to set with proper parameters. Ask for the printout and run it through chatgpt, you'd be surprised by the insight.
