For those taking delivery in last week or so, I’m curious if you had any port or dealer delays. Mine is at the US port now and wondering what to expect.
I asked my dealer and they only use their shared in-house wash guy. They do not offer real detail service, I have to take delivery and have it done myself.
My 4S is also aventurine green.
Considering asking the dealer not to wash the car in fear they might induce scratches into the paint. Curious for others who took delivery without it being washed how bad did it look. We will be excited to finally pick it up after almost six months but want to curb expectations on how bad it's...

Thanks that helps me put things into perspective. I'm recently retired so I have the time to look around just trying to better understand what's normal.
Also, I got a better view of current location. This image makes it look like it has been spinning around in one spot for several days. Not sure if this is real or not. Considering paying for a month of service to better understand this.
Found this info from BMW forum, shows each stop of my vessels journey, have not seen this level of detail anywhere.

I think I read somewhere that we lose tracking once the ship leaves the mainland areas. Our ship has been sitting between France and the UK for several days. Is this normal or where it loses tracking?
My SA gave me our ship name. It shows destination as Manzanillo, Panama and not Benicia which is shown on Porsche dealer
s tracking screen. Is this normal? Do they change ships?
