My 25 Macan has told me a couple of times it’s detected signs of tiredness and doesn’t have this. I’m wondering if its purely just based off time on the 25 models and not as intelligent as the warning message makes out.

Exactly this, I already find I’m repeating information on just two screens. Never mind having the HUD as well. I’ve had HUD in previous cars, but don’t miss it at all.

I didn’t bother, crazy amount of money that’s better spent elsewhere.

I’m hoping someone finds a way to enable the matrix lights. It was possible in the ICE Macan. I’ve had a Porsche specialist offer to try, but they’d want my car for a full day. Potentially charge a chunk of money in labour costs and they can’t guarantee success.

This is in line with my experience, if I set the level and then leave in Normal it stays there indefinitely. If I change modes and go back to normal, I have to do the level again.

Does anyone else have an issue with the Nav volume being much quieter on Apple Maps? I turn it up, but then it makes the Porsche Nav’s announcements about traffic etc. extremely loud and you can’t turn those off.

If Apple Maps EV routing ever integrates, like it has in the Taycan then it’s all I would ever use. For now, I use Apple Maps day to day and the Porsche Nav for longer journeys

Interesting, reading this forum and others. There’s a world of good an update(s) could seemingly potentially do. Will be interesting to see the cadence at which they start to get pushed out, if they do.

Am I right in thinking that the Macan is capable of OTA updates? If so, have any been pushed down as yet? I’ve not had my 4S long, but was wondering if anyone who has had one for longer had seen any evidence of an update yet.

I have the crayon interior so always keep a bottle of Gtechniq Tri Clean in the frunk. Works wonders, especially if you get to it quickly.

Definitely agree, really handy when you arrive on low charge… especially as the whole house benefits from the low rate too. I’ve asked the question if I can reconnect again or whether anything else needs to happen first.

I’ve still got that problem. But my app was completely broken, no remote services, incorrect SoC, location etc. Porsche are emailing me back and forth at the moment though so will ask about the images.

My issues are FINALLY ‘resolved’. Turns out it’s something to do with the Octopus Energy smart charging connection. I deleted the connection in the Octopus app and then the Porsche app all came back to life. So whilst the Porsche app resolved, I can no longer smart charge at home…

I had this issue, reprogrammed the windows as others have said and it now makes for a much nicer experience getting into the car!

I stayed with the standard speakers as don’t consider myself an audiophile by any stretch. Was worried coming from a Tesla, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised… perhaps having so little expectation has helped!
