Porsche supplied charger at 50% vs 100%
Reporting back that I was able to switch from 50% to 100% on my Porsche charger. I guess, I was looking for a physically On/Off button instead of the touch & hold. Thanks again for the help.

I am having the same issue switching to 100% - where do I find the on/off button you guys speak off. There is no on/off button on the charger
