Still no update either car is just sitting at the dealership parking lot covered in snow by now. Case has been made but no one has called. Feels like my dealership gave up.

Yah I have absolutely no clue why they needed to come and test another car when they should know it’s a software issue.

A Porsche technician came yesterday to my house with another Macan 4 with the same update I got on my Macan 4 and they couldn’t charge either. He said he will pull the error code and talk to Porsche NA. Let’s see where this goes.

They ended up giving me a Macan ev loaner after a month with an ice Macan that was given to me still dirty with dirty wipes in the center console AND they didn’t even bother cleaning the snow off the car when I picked it up.

mean while my dealership has had my 2025 Macan 4 for almost 2 months and they still think my house is the issue. Will be calling the dealership tomorrow and bringing this to their attention. Thank you so much for posting this!!

Call: 1 (800) 767-7243 This is the Porsche NA number had to call it a couple of times when the dealership wasn’t taking my Macan 4 charging issue seriously.

Highly doubt that Porsche tech came with a 2024 Macan turbo was were able to charge try my Macan 2025 Macan 4 wasn’t able. I also have been to multiple houses and yet to find a house that my Macan charges at after the software update.😖

Honestly same they just don’t know what to do and are stalling which I was allowing until now I’ll update when I call on Monday. That new Cayenne looks cool to drive but I’m scared to go through this again.😂😂

Mostly likely will call Porsche NA on Monday explain the situation and see what they say. At this point I just want a buy back and rather go with another brand. I haven’t had one good experience with Porsche customer service, or dealership either as they were either rude or haven’t ever returned...

I probably been to the dealership 8+ times trying to get them to understand the issue they even came to my house and saw it for themselves yet still don’t want to do anything about. They took the car for two week let it sit outside in the cold, refused to let me take the car back as apparently...

I was able to charge my 2025 Macan 4 with 252v and now I can’t ac charge my car at all including different houses it’s something with the software that mess up either the threshold or bricked some hardware in the car. But Porsche still blaming the house’s voltage as the problem.😂😂

I haven’t tried that but when the Porsche technicians came they were going through the settings for charging in PCM so I assume they have tried that.

The Porsche mobile charger makes a couple clicking noises then gives up, and PCM states “charging not possible”. According to the dealership they were able to charge the car there using my charger. Public charger does work but AC charging doesn’t work at all tried multiple chargers and houses...
