If you push and hold the 🔌 button for 2 seconds, it will switch from 50% to 100%. It comes set at the factory at 50% for whatever reason. Took me several hours of scratching my head and searching in the manual until I finally found it.
I use Dr. Beasley's Fine Leather Cleaning/Protection Kit (comes with all of the applicators and accessories). You can find it on Amazon, and it works great on the Macan EV. I use the Vegan Leather Kit on my Rivian. Really good products, and the odor is pleasant.
I had this problem too. The solve was to set the boot lid open height at the mid way point, and then open and close it a few times (it should only open up to that midway point). Then, I could push the boot lid up higher, set it and it would close. See if that helps.
