01/25 Macan EV Official Reveal (per Porsche.com)! + Interior Photos!

I would think the Panamera is the new design language and the Macan is adopting it. The "gas" icon is likely to be the one they use that has a plug at the end of the hose: i.e. an EV. I can't find the exact one – but a little like this:

It will be interesting if the navigation routing options gives more control over charing networks, etc

I agree. But the touchscreen on the Taycan doesn't bother me too much. I just wish they'd get rid of the "touchpad" part of it (or allow us to select options) and replace it with more media control buttons. The advantage of having a screen is you can refine and innovate and they have done ZERO...

Porsche Macan EV Highway Range Test | Behind the Wheels of Porsche’s First Electric SUV

I wouldn't think it dims it too much. I can't imagine turning off the Passenger Display would give you even 10 more meters of range!

Porsche Macan EV Highway Range Test | Behind the Wheels of Porsche’s First Electric SUV

I feel that on today's Taycan RANGE mode doesn't deliver much outside of limiting top speed (and turning off passenger display/dimming headlights) – since they rolled out the update to make RANGE mode rear wheel biased and instantly de-energise the front motors.

Some better charger filtering – though no obvious sign of "IONITY" only option yet – maybe its just a scroll down away.

Michelin Pilot Sport EV has got NE0 type approval (for Macan EV)

Actually, I was being a little pessimistic on my Pirelli P Zero's – they have 5.5mm of thread left on them after 8,500km. They'll hold for this season any my upcoming road-trip. I am still surprised there is no 21" Michelin NF0-marked offering.

Michelin Pilot Sport EV has got NE0 type approval (for Macan EV)

That's good to know as it would be the NF0 tyre I'd move to. One reason for sticking with NF0 is that I'm a bit nervous of having an "normal" tyre shop handle the sensitive carbon ceramic discs on the Turbo S. Porsche Centre's use special long bolts when removing the wheels to eliminate the...

Nope. Mine has been rock solid stable – keeping its pressure to within 0.1 bar for months at a time.

Michelin Pilot Sport EV has got NE0 type approval (for Macan EV)

I always found it interesting that my Panamera Turbo S came from the factory with just "N0" branded tyres – missing the model variant bit. Not sure what the thinking was here – just some "generic" Porsche spec tyre?

Michelin Pilot Sport EV has got NE0 type approval (for Macan EV)

Same here and the quick wear – thought I still have some thread left – is the reason I'm starting to hunt around for options. Normally, I wouldn't dream of straying from NF0 branded tyres – but I'd love to put Michelin's on the car and these specialist EV ones is defo giving me food for...

Michelin Pilot Sport EV has got NE0 type approval (for Macan EV)

While looking at various tyre options for Taycan I noticed that the relatively newish Michelin Pilot Sport EV tyre is available in NE0 variant. "E" being the Macan model. https://www.michelin.ie/auto/tyres/michelin-pilot-sport-ev-2?tyreSize=21 Good chance some electric Macan's will come with...
