As far as the Privacy Mode issue goes, that just happens randomly, across all vehicles connected to the Porsche App. Has been doing this to me since my 2020 Cayenne. It is usually an issue on PCNA’s end, and will rectify itself eventually. It is annoying, but if you do not have privacy mode...
My Turbo arrived at the dealer last night, and my SA sent me these this morning. The Lugano Blue looks amazing, really glad I went with that. Won’t have the vehicle for a bit, needs PDI and to be shipped from TX to WI.
Dealers are aware of the problem, my SA discouraged me from ordering as he told me that nearly every Macan EV they sold with the auto charging flaps had broken.
My 9Y0.2 Cayenne and 976 Panamera both have the shifter on the dash, same as my Taycan and the Macan EV do. It isn’t really an issue to me, my 9Y0.1 Cayenne had the large console shifter and a piece of it gave up and broke after 3 years, and that was just with regular use.
First one is probably a stock photo. Second shows my correct interior (chalk/black dash) and the blacked out emblems, brake calipers, and roof rails. Maybe that is stock, but my Taycan and Panamera photos match my exact build the same way.
Entirely possible that you cannot actually spec it on an order though. Unable to spec deviated stitching, or the painted key fob on my order even though you can add them on the configurator.
This happened to me with my BMW G01 X3, the seat mat sensor was not functioning properly and kept saying there was no one in the seat and airbag will not deploy. Odds are the dealer won’t look at that first, but I would request it.
I have a 2025 G580, while it is nice, I will be turning it in at the end of the lease. Have had it since last July, averaging 1.8mpkWh since I got it (new, only had 9 miles on it). It is not a super sporty, nor super "comfortable" drive, really similar to driving my spouse's F150. I would...
Chalk isn’t bright white, there is a bit of gray in it. I had the chalk/black in my Taycan and ordered it again in my Macan Turbo order. I will attach the Taycan pics, but I wouldn’t avoid one that you like due to the chalk interior.
This happens about once per week on my ‘24 Cayenne S E Hybrid. Goes away the next time the car is turned on. Just appears to be something not responding quickly enough for the initial check of all systems, not an error per se, just modern vehicles doing what they do (happened on my BMW often...
Deposit refunds depend on the state, some have laws that require them to return deposits, others do not. Thankfully my dealer doesn't charge me deposits on my orders, so I would just be walking away (unless a larger discount can be negotiated). Porsche NA has been eating the larger portion of...
Not a political post. I have a Macan Turbo on order, with a May build, July delivery locked and now this. I lucked out on my Panamera GTS, as I picked it up end of December, if it had come in any later I would have had a 3% price hike on it. What are the odds of having to deal with paying...
