UPDATE JULY 2:

Here’s the full breakdown of everything I’ve done so far—I think I’m finally done (for now).
• TRD Pro Wheels – $875 (currently 20% off for the 4th)
• TRD Skid Plate – $415 (currently 20% off for the 4th)
• OEM Red Tow Hooks – $120 (currently 20% off for the 4th)
• Westcott Lo-Pro Roof Rack – $1,000
• Westcott Side MOLLE Panels (Driver & Passenger) – $600
• Window Tint – $330
• Peak 1.25” Spacer Lift – $130
• Nitto Terra Grappler G3 (265/70/18) – $1,060 (mounted & balanced)
• Install for Peak Lift + Westcott Rack & Panels – $650
• Alignment – $120

All in, very happy with how it turned out. The 1.25” lift levels it out perfectly, the rack and panels look super clean, and the tires are a nice balance of looks, comfort, and capability.

Here’s a little comparison of the before and after showing the lift from the Peak 1.25” spacer.

Original Post

It’s here! Just picked up our ORP Hybrid today!

Got the call from the dealer this afternoon and just wrapped up at the dealership. The drive home was only about 20 minutes, but I’m already loving it. Fortunately, mine never hit a QC hold, so the process went pretty smoothly:
• 4/17 – Production Confirmed
• 5/16 – Build
• 5/26 – Vessel Departure
• 6/11 – Vessel Arrival
• 6/16 – Processing
• 6/17 – Delivered

I’ve already got a stack of parts ready to go:
✔ TRD Pro wheels
✔ Nitto Terra Grappler G3 tires
✔ Peak 1.25” spacer
✔ Westcott lo-pro roof rack
✔ Westcott MOLLE side panels
✔ TRD skid plate
✔ Window tint scheduled

Can’t wait to get everything installed and share photos once it’s all finished. Stay tuned!

Less than 24 hours of ownership and I’m already diving in. So far I’ve removed the air dam, added the red OEM Toyota tow hooks, TRD skid plate, and black front emblem.

Tomorrow it’s getting the TRD Pro wheels mounted with Nitto Terra Grappler G3s, and tint is scheduled for Saturday.

After that, just waiting on the Peak 1.25” front lift and Westcott Lo-Pro rack with molle side panels to arrive.

Thanks! Did you have to use a fishing line to remove the old one?
No, it’s an overlay. You peel off the 3M tape on the back and just stick it on over. It literally takes 10 seconds

It’s coming along really well! Are those 35s? Did you have to make any modifications to fit those wheels?

No, just factory 33” size but went with the Nittos. With the offset of the TRD Pro wheels I didn’t want to go too wide and have them poke out past the fender. It sits perfectly flush with the fender flare now.

Just about $2,000 for everything. $874 for the wheels, $40 for the center caps and $1,060 for the tires (including removing and installing TPMS, mounting and balancing).

Yeah I’ll get some more pictures

I'm pretty torn between buying a TRD Pro and buying a HORP and making my own TRD Bro like this.

It looks fantastic!

Thanks! I was torn too and seriously considered going with a Pro, but for some reason I just couldn’t get past the hood scoop, it’s just not my thing. In the end, I liked the idea of saving some money and adding the Pro parts I actually wanted. Even with everything I’ve done so far, plus the incoming Westcott rack, side panels, and Peak 1.25” lift, it still came out a couple thousand cheaper than the starting price of the Pro.
