Fitting 35s on factory TRD ORP wheels?

I have a trd off road premium. Will like to put 35 and use my current wheels. What exactly do I need to do to fit these tires. I see many videos but what is the safest way.

I haven’t gotten my 4Runner yet but I plan on putting 35x11.50x17 tires on it.

According to my research, you will need:

Lift (I’ll be using readylifts 2.5 kit)
Remove crash bars (easy)
Front liner tuck/trim
Wheels preferably +25 or +35 offset

If anyone has done a setup similar please let us know your experience
