Anyone else losing excitement/interest?

Biggest turn off for me was the really “lame” reduced towing capacity of the Harvester. Still hoping for a change towards a more usable range but my initial excitement dropped pretty steeply after that was announced. It’s a very large vehicle with the proposed towing capacity of a 4Runner. Still have my reservation but at this time I am not sure of how I will proceed in 2 years.

Although the Terra is almost as big as a F150, the Traveler is about the same size as a Toyota 4Runner or Honda Passport. It's actually slightly shorter than both of them.

I’m still excited. Can’t wait actually. Currently have a Ford Maverick Hybrid and my towing capabilities are about maxed out, plus having kids that are getting bigger and quickly outgrowing the backseat room in my Maverick. I’m sure things will change for the better in a couple years, at least I’m optimistic for it. Plus having the harvester option on the Terra is such a unique technology for an electric vehicle. One day at a time!

It might be similar in length but it is substantially wider than the 4Runner.

Some models are 2 inches narrower in width and some are the same as the Traveler

Good point. Well I guess I misread the “with mirror” width as the actual width. So what are the dimensions compared to the original Harvester?

Nothing out there like what the Scout anticipates, nothing on the horizon either.
Where we can get it serviced and towing capacity is our only concern.

Old men in a toy store that's what we sound like. Great things are worth waiting for my wife and I both tell each other I wish I would have waited. I believe Scout will deliver a great product reflecting its roots with advanced features. To me as a Carpenter who has seen many a blueprint it looks promising and cannot wait to see final result which we know when we put intelligent people together and provide the funding for team. Teamwork makes the dream work !!! So my hope is by years end I know what my mail order bride looks like and how much the wedding is going to cost. In meantime try to stay healthy and keep a sense of humor.

A platform based on upselling. No 4WD, no 4 door.
Ain’t gunna be as cheap a cost as suggested.

I will keep my deposit but I think I have really lost my interest with tariffs increasing costs. In 2 years things may change but I don't think it will be better. I have no plans to cross the border in the near future.

I have been seeing the potential cars from China which look cool.
