Do any of you have any suggestions on licence plate holders for the front but without drilling holes to the bumper?
For the 2025 4runner. .. I haven't found any

unfortunately that one won't work. The grill goes up and down so it's at an akward position

Hi OP. I saw this one that works for the 2024 Tacoma, but not sure if it will work with 4Runner and/or what trim level. I'm with you, I don't want to drill into the bumper!

I have a post on a no drill license holder. The bracket holds really well.

Check it out

Yeah, I saw that you do. The problem is that the grill on my TRD Sport Premium is designed differently than on your Trailhunter. It doesn't have that honeycomb pattern on it like yours...just horizontal lines. I'm not sure the device you used is best for my grill. I may just have to wing it & put the plate in the windshield or go with a replicated vinyl plate on the bumper.

Welp The one I got is not meant for my vehicle either. I would say give it a shot. You can always return it

Have you mounted to the air dam as you mentioned?
If so, how did you do it exactly?
Did you drill holes?
Could you show some photos please?
A license plate is a little too tall. I‘m considering a couple rivnuts on the bottom side of the sub bumper. There’s a little access. I will have to fab a bracket.

I never put a front plate on here in CA, and 95% of cops don't seem to care. I've received a fix it ticket once for no front plate. I mounted it using 3M double-sided tape for the inspection. Once they signed off on it, I immediately removed it...Let me tell ya, it was an absolute B*TCH to remove as the adhesion would have lasted years. So if mounted right (clean the area with alcohol and warm up the tape prior to installing), it should last forever. Try that...
