Hatch glass won’t go down

Has anyone experienced this ? My hatch glass won’t go down with the interior button but works with the outside hatch button

Omg I got linked to others with the same issue …… the window lockout was on from getting the windows tinted , I didn’t realize it locked out the back window too ?
