Help! Does anyone know how to remove the ARB Roof Rack?

Hey Everyone,
My Trailhunter is getting PPF and the shop just called advising that they can’t figure out how to remove the ARB roof rack. It apparently isn’t installed in a typical fashion? It’s preventing them from being able to PPF the entire roof. They have it covered up to the roof rack.

I know this roof rack is an add on option with other trim levels. Just thought I would check with the masterminds here to see if anyone has removed it and can share how they did it.

Are there covers over the bolts? Seems odd that they wouldnt be able to figure it out, but I havent seen one up close.

Not sure honestly. I drove it 20 miles and then dropped it off for the PPF. So I haven't had any quality time with her. I checked all my photos to see if I had a good roof rack shot and I don’t.
