On a short road trip today, and at around 55-60mph, a sort of roaring wind sound starts. Seems like it’s from the top,,, is there a chance the rails are catching air and causing it?

They came installed and I haven’t messed with them. Just now occurred that maybe there is a better alignment, etc.

Besides that, I really like how the ‘25 travels so far. Drives really nice!

I don't have the crossbars and I get wind noise at about 65mph as well, very annoying, I think it's coming from the A pillars
Right there with ya. It gets a bit noisy. Maybe they’ll come up with a fix one of these days.

Thanks,
Just got home and it wasn’t quite as bad driving down wind. Anxious to see what it is

tundra had this issue first year production. it was determined to be a gasket/baffle issue within the front pivot point. they had to add an insert.

also the door gasket between the front/rear door if it sticks out too far will catch wind and whistle.

i have that on our 23 tundra after the bodyshop removed the door seals to repaint/blend the front/rear door due to some dufuss scraping the drivers door with a 3 ft gouge.

the door seal doesnt sit flush in the groove anymore so it whistles pretty bad at highway speeds.

Not the same. This noise they are referring is only caused by the roof rack load bars after install. Remove them and it's gone. Add a fairing and it's gone.

I installed the OEM crossbars on my 25' TRD Pro and same thing, annoying wind noise. I want to keep the crossbars in place and would like to eliminate the wind noise.

Drove from SWFl to PA and back last week, didn’t notice any issues with noise.
