Hey Folks - Just curious as to how people feel about the drivers aid tech?
For the most part/98% of the time, Toyota's safety systems are so damn good I can't stop raving about it. However, every so often I'll be driving along the highway with perfect lanes and road conditions on the left side- out of nowhere - the car will beep and say "hey you're slightly too close to the left lane" even though my hands are on the wheel and I'm just letting it do it's thing. It'll correct itself sometimes or I just get itchy and make the correction. Does this happen to anyone else?
It does seem to have a preference for exits whenever I'm on the right lane, but that's something I had a feeling would/could happen.
