Memory seats not working

Has anyone been able to get their memory seats to work? I’m following the instructions in the manual and they don’t seem to work. After setting the memory, I move the seat a little and then press the button to return it to the memory position and it doesn’t move.

The seats also beep every few inches when moving them, which im not sure if they’re supposed to do or not

its sad how many times i see people asking this, its like dealers lately have been skipping proper PDI before releasing a new vehicle to a customer across the whole country
