Ordering from "The Yota Garage" - experience / reviews?

Has anyone used the yota garage for parts/accessories? ordered some mudflaps a month ago and they have yet to ship or provide an update via email etc.

Many of these sites, and I suspect this one is one of them, don't actually stock the items. So that means they order them, once they get the delivery they mark it up and then send it to you. The only mudguards I see are OEM here so I'd cancel and order rom the dealer. They are probably waiting on a dealer back order. Too bad you weren't closer I'd sell you my take offs.

I believe "The Yota Garage" is a fake business.
I ordered a trunk cargo mat from them, to be picked up in store. After buying it on-line, a few days later I received notice that it was ready for pickup. I arrived during their business hours and their door was locked, no one answering. I waited 20 minuets and no one showed up or answered the door. I have been making repeated phone calls, and no one answers.
They have many bad reviews on Google maps with people warning to not buy from them. Their good reviews seem fake and made by fake accounts.
I recommend disputing your transaction.
