Proper use of a 4Runner: A series of events.

The location was Wolf Den Run State Park, Maryland. Stock SR5 with only upgrade being Falken Wildpeak M/T LT285/70-17 C-Load tires.

It was a blast for sure! Luckily the only casualty was my front license plate, lol. MPG took a hit, I sit at about 16 city and 21 highway. Noted I also removed the air damn and run 87 typically and put in 93 every 2 months or so. Sound isn't noticeable unless windows are down and ride has stayed about the same.

Certainly, haha. I wasn't using 4WD in this scenario, just traction control off.

Wolf Den Run State Park, MD. it's on the WV/MD state line. Stayed at a campground in WV and had a 20 min drive in.

Mud is worse than driving in the oceans salt water. Cleaning up the undercarriage is a must. Electrical damage/ corrosion is serious long term effects of a mud bath. Please for your sake, professional clean your entire ride!

I cleaned her up and down the next day. Then she was cleaned again before fluid film undercoating.
