Tried to charge at Tesla today with my adapter and no luck. Car is added to Tesla app, credit card provided, and nothing. Just get an error on my Porsche app that I need to accept the charging infrastructure policy. No instructions on what to do to accomplish that.

1. Have you charged at Tesla before? Don't want to teach you to suck eggs!
2. Can you tell us which Tesla charger it was? Some are incompatible.
3. The charging process is all controlled through the Tesla app, not the Porsche App (yet).

More for sure when we know more about the exact circumstances.

I have not, but use an adapter at home with my old Tesla charger.

A 250v that popped up in the Tesla app as compatible. Selected the stall, plugged in, hit charge in the app, and boom - error.

Yes, I did everything in Tesla, but it was the Porsche app that displayed the error that the car would not charge.

While we wait for the more expert people to wake up and wade in:

1. Don't suppose you got a screen shot of the message? And did it literally appear - BOOM - as you tried to charge? I don't recall the Porsche app interposing in the process, but it was a while ago.
2. Stupid suggestion, but it's worked for each of my charging problems - did you try again, from the start of the process? I've had a Tesla and EC charger fail to start on first attempt. After some swearing and general stamping of my feet I tried again and in both cases they worked fine, no change on my part.

Sorry I'm not providing a magic insta-solution.

I had the same problem. I unplugged, restarted the process and activated the stall on the Tesla app first. Once I activated and THEN plugged in, it worked. Not sure if you tried that but if you didn't, try that sequence and that worked for me.

Probably just being pedantic here, but: you used a DC adapter at the Supercharger, not the one you use at home, right?

I was thinking that as well -- if the adapter works at home with a Level 2 charger, it will NOT work with a DC Supercharger.

Yes, used the supercharger adapter, NOT the home one.

Tried that with no luck sadly.
Sorry to hear. I did it at a WaWa with level 3 chargers and the charge rate was not great but it did work. I would try somewhere else and make sure you activate the charging stall on the app first.

Well, that's your problem right there. The Level 2 AC and Level 3 DC adapters have different pinouts and are not interchangeable.
I am using the Tesla supercharger adapter, the one I have at home is totally different.
