I run my old blue driver scan tool on the SR5 when I took the delivery 4 month ago as a baseline. At the time there was

C14FE - Steering Angle Sensor Supply Voltage: Circuit Short to ground or open
U0140 - Lost Communication with body control module (BCM)
U0155 - Lost Communication with Instrument panel cluster control module
U114F - Lost Communication with Power integration module

I went ahead and cleared all of them.

today, I run the same scan again and noticed the
U0140 and U0155 still remains.

Just wondering if anyone have any experience with these 2 codes.

I haven't noticed any malfunctions, so it could just been SR5 missing lots electronic features.

I believe I had the same codes when I checked it the first day of ownership. I cleared them and checked a few times after and they did not return. I will check again later today.
I used Carista.

Follow-up - I checked my SR5 again today and it came up clean, zero codes. I am pretty sure I had the same codes on the day I purchased it. I cleared them and they have not returned once. You would think the dealer would check and clear them prior ro getting the vehicle but no.

Maybe your scan tool is not clearing the codes? You might try Carista.
