Upgrades for 2025 SR5 Audio

Would like to upgrade speakers and amp but so far no specific speakers for this model, at least from Crutchfield. Any recommendations to go ahead in the meantime? Do i need model-specific speakers and how much amp?

keep an eye on MB Quart, they are coming out with direct replacement speakers, that sound great, and a plug and play kit in devolment also.

I’d get a 12 sub, amp and replace the door speakers

Added the Beatsonics unit. Significant improvement. May add speakers when a plug n play kit becomes available. Honestly do not know if it would worth it without sound deadening the doors and floor. Very thin metal.

Are the SR5 4Runner models prewired for JBL? Our Tacoma SR5 has JBL and from the drivers door everything is identical except the rear of the console due to rear seat vents. If this is so the A-pillar speakers would be a great addition.
