What aftermarket wheel offset and KO3 tire size for TRD Pro?

A bit of a newb question, but want to get this right the first time. Picked up my 2025 4Runner TRD Pro and so far have absolutely loved it. The only immediate mod I'm wanting is different wheels and tires. I'd like to go with a 17' wheel (would love a 16, but don't think they'll fit this gen), and bigger tires.

My questions - What do you guys recomend for a wheel offset? I like the look of stock, and don't want them sticking out much further than a -10/-11. Secondly, wanting to go with a KO3 tire, wondering what size will fit without any trimming? I'm assuming a 275 or 285. Truthfully I'm trying to not cut down on mpg too much, just prefer the look and ride of a bigger sidewall as we live in Utah and do a fair bit of off-roading. Thanks!
