What is "Quality Hold" Status

here are some regional ports you can look up in google maps (the load/unload are ship ports )

i know off the bat that commerce, ga and jaxport is the primary location for SET region, and Kansas city is the regional port for me

2nd pic shows the yellow ramps they use to unload vehicles.

Are these locations different from where the vehicles get there options installed?
Are these locations just transfer points from rail to car carrier?
Please clarify what actually happens at these locations.

Got an update from my dealer today. It’s been a the port in NJ since 5.19.25. Was originally placed on a 30 day QC hold. This is what was sent to me today.

Updated again from my dealership, mine is still on a qc hold of 42 days from 05/15 in Long Beach

Mine was supposed to be delivered between 5-26 and 6.14. A week prior to the 5.19.25 port delivery it was then changed from 611-614.25 which then went back and forth between just 6.11 and 6.14 before dropping off from the delivery date. It hit the port on on 5.19.25 and i was given the notice of the 30 day QC hold which is now changed to 42 days or more.

Similar situation. Mine was supposed to be delivered 5/26, arrives in Long Beqch on 05/05, and placed on a hold on 05/15. No current eta, now on a 42 day hold as of 05/15.

I have a ton of aftermarket items waiting for it. Dealer was told today that I need to know the minute it gets updated so I can take stuff to them to install. Good thing I'm friends with the Service Manager.

These locations is where the options are indeed installed. Vehicles get prep for the dealership, unwrapped, options installed, etc.

Mine was just pushed back again... It was supposed to be 5/21, got pushed back to 6/16, now it's 7/15... Cry!
