Anyone’s car stuck in NY? I mostly see posts for west coast or south/southeast. Mine arrived on 6/7 and I’m hoping that things are getting pushed through now. Original ETA was 6/11 but now I just have to”expecting it by the middle of next month” (dealer is in VA)
Mine arrived at Newark (NY) on 5/28 eta was 6/17.... still waiting

I've been lurking on this thread for a couple of weeks now. Just wanted to share my experience. Vehicle was supposed to arrive at the dealer in late May, sometime between the 20th-25th. Left San Francisco, arrived in Houston, then a 30 day QC hold was placed on June 4th. Got word from the dealer this morning that it was on its way. It arrived in Austin this afternoon, picking it up at Cedar Park Toyota tomorrow. Keep the faith!

Got the call that mine is now sitting at the Denver railhead and has been since last Friday. Anyone know how long it takes to go through inspection and get to the dealerships?
i used to work at the Colorado railyard in Brighton CO where toyotas come in. they inspect within a day of being offloaded, as the inspection company is usually the one tied to the shipping of that yard. I worked for Inter-rail Transport in early 2000s and they were given the slips once the railcars were entered in the shipment, they knew where the car was parked on the railcar, and we would unchock, tag and park in the designated spot for loading by truckers. damaged cars/Qc hold has to be similar. a third party or toyota itself comes in to do the work.

So how long does that whole process take before it gets on a truck to the dealership? I’m in Colorado Springs so hoping not too long.

hi! my 4runner was also in the denver railhead on monday, 6/2. my salesman showed me the progress sheet and it said “last sighting DENVER, CO” but it didn’t technically show “rail arrive” yet. waited a couple of days, saturday 6/7 he told me it was showing an update that it would be at the dealership on monday, 6/9. texted me around 1:30 on monday, 6/9 that it was at the dealership, off the truck. hope that helps!

for reference i live in colorado but purchased the vehicle in cheyenne, wy.

Man, I guess mine is on inspection at the rail yard still. Toyotas process is a pain in the ass. And their lack of communication is like pulling teeth.

So I recently purchased a 25 TRD Off Road premium. The dealership told me they are stuck in QC due to the vehicle being too heavy. My ETA on delivery originally was 6/9/25. When I bought it they told me it was in QC until the end of the month. Has anyone heard anything similar or different????

I am also in the same boat. I ordered in March, the original delivery date was set to 06/10/25 to 06/14/25. But it was changed to 07/02/25 to 07/04/25.. Same reason as QC hold. It is in Vancouver port since June 1st ..I will know when i sign the papers.

Mine has not revived an update on delivery yet. Hoping it gets released soon. I’m not sure what port it is at, hopefully east coast

My dealer said all their 4runners had the QC hold put on them. It was updated from 30 to 56 days but they cant tell me what its for.
I checked the spreadsheet yesterday and its still in factory to port status, so it may not even be in the states yet. It was originally supposed to be here between 6/11 to 7/1. Now it may not be till August unless things change.

I just need more 4runner content from ORP owners to live vicariously through since patience is not my strong point when Im excited for something like this. :ROFLMAO:
