I always polish my windshield. I have a proven method based on 30 years experience. However, I am struggling to get the 4R glass polished.
All other perimeter glass polished fine, smooth when rubbing fingernail across.
I have polished using Chemical Guys 36. , then 38 but its still rough. I tried a clay bar but still rough.
I applied the Chemical Guys Hydro glass treatment and it was awful after 2 days, it had a build up at the end of the wiper swing causing noise.
I would like to know why just the front windshield is so contaminated.
even though I have used CG products for a Number , I am doubting the current product quality, specially the “hydro line”.
Anyone else have issues with the front screen?
