Yep, dealer install fix during a service... It is the back side, so it doesn't bother me at all, and it fixes rattles. Not worth discussing, enjoy the car!

Would you happen to know how to reset the service message? My dealer wouldn't reset the message without any service, so I'm not sure I agree with your 2 cases...
1. At 17k, the message on the screen started showing up and was super annoying (TO ME).
2. If you look at my screenshot, right after service, next service is due in 18k miles. It doesn't say 20k as you would assume.
