What's going on with your car ...You have to look on it, there must be a software issue with your car that need to be addressed. I Never had any of these warnings..
I have a rattle in the dash board as well, I posted in another thread. In fact this rattle is alive only in rough surface roads. Another one is coming from the instrument cluster, I dont know if anyone can hear this rattle, you can easily reproduce by pressing the plasic case of the cluster.
Wow..that's a Horror Movie...!! I always clean my leathers with a very light mixture of Water and Shampoo, 1-2 drops of Shampoo in fact in small container of water. Not sure if this is the best, but it was an advice from BMW engineer many years ago and it is still working perfectly in all my cars..
