I’m curious what the US rules are.
In the UK, there are a couple of issues: one is the general brightness of LED headlights (especially with all the speedhumps, etc, here which can effectively blind an oncoming driver for a split second) and then the delay between a car with dynamic/matrix...
So, in my BMW X3 (last generation): as described in the quote above, if no front passenger, then you have to slide the buckle to the very top and it then connects to the ‘hoop’ area, which is magnetic, and stays there. Is the Macan seatbelt ’hoop’ bit magnetic also?

I guess I should harass my dealer for the VIN code. He did advise previously that a build slot had been confirmed and I could still change spec, but not the model, e.g. from Macan 4 to 4S).

After 25 years of BMWs, finally leaving Munich…. I’m in the UK and ordered a Macan 4 back in July, via my company car/salary sacrifice scheme. Only to be told it would be next May for delivery! 😡
