So, in my BMW X3 (last generation): as described in the quote above, if no front passenger, then you have to slide the buckle to the very top and it then connects to the ‘hoop’ area, which is magnetic, and stays there. Is the Macan seatbelt ’hoop’ bit magnetic also?

I guess I should harass my dealer for the VIN code. He did advise previously that a build slot had been confirmed and I could still change spec, but not the model, e.g. from Macan 4 to 4S). how do I get the ‘track your dreams’ info?
