Last weekend there was a break-in at night at my local Porsche dealer. The storage of the cars is on the roof of the establishment. 10 cars were vandalized. Parts were also stolen from the new Macan. Film footage can be seen here:

In Europe we use the CCS connector for fast charging and so all EVs can charge at a Tesla supercharger. I also charge mostly at the Tesla SC. With a subscription of €100 per year charging costs me €0.29 per kW.

With the set from Porsche itself you get four elements. However, I only need two pieces. Only for the navigation screen and for the air conditioning control in the front. I don't have climate control on the back seat. So the other two parts go in the trash. Too bad you can't buy the screens...

1400 dollars? In the Netherlands, all prices for maintenance can be read transparently on the Porsche website. The prices for the Macan EV are not yet on the website, but a comparable maintenance for the Taycan is € 579 ($608) and for the brake fluid €159. ($167)...

I know the picture in the manual. This clamp that is standard on the Macan on the belt of the passenger seat does not clamp well and does not stay in place well, which often causes it to sag down so that the belt still starts to rattle.

Removing the existing lights is very easy. I use the tool in the photo for this. Insert it from above in the corners and then simply remove the light from the door. Then manually click it back in. It is really easy.

I have owned the Macan since early January. So only a short time but so far no software problems or notifications. Fingers crossed ;)

@Awaz: you ordered the M10311 and it has the connector on the side. The M10316 has it in the middle. So today I removed the light from my door and the connector is also in the middle. So should I order the M10316 or will both versions fit?

Too bad you can't order them separately. I only need the single one for the PCM screen and the part for the climate control in the front. So the big part for the double PCM screen and the part for the climate control in the back seat I can throw away....
