My previous reply was too brief - the reality for the Macan is the same as it was in the Tesla: a given charge will result in less driven miles in cold weather.
The theoretical “miles” figure as displayed just after charging is always a guess, for both the Tesla and the Porsche. Tesla lies more...
You should have received an email today and then updated your app, but supposedly we can now do the whole Tesla charging procedure without needing the Tesla app.
EDIT: seems to be NA only, confirmed that it doesn’t work in UK.

Summary: good Porsche, good electric SUV, might not be the right vehicle for everyone.
EDIT: mangled this good and proper, so started again with a better link.
Anecdotally the two-press version does work. Trip out to Nanaimo last month my alarm went off. First time for any vehicle I've taken on that ferry, incidentally. Trip back, using the two-press manoeuvre, no alarm. Didn't control for all variables so who knows, but I'd read the same page in the...
That's the G-force meter, shows how quickly you are accelerating in each direction. Blob in the middle represents a top-down view of the car. Fun to watch on the track, irrelevant on the road.
To get rid of it, see the section on "Operating Multifunction Steering Wheel" in the manual...
Intrigued by this - the storage instruction for the Tesla was "set to 50% and leave plugged in". Basically you plug your Tesla in when you're not driving it and leave it plugged in. I've been doing the same with the Macan.
London, England, harshest climate on the planet...
Three months in that or a green belt storage facility should be fine. I left my 911 out in Lincolnshire for months on end. Vehicle fine. Don't cover unless the vehicle is inside; as others have said you will possibly return to lightly buffed...
One, possibly really dumb, question that occurs to me: are people with losses using the app at all to check for losses, possibly several times a day? Do they have Apple watch complications? Do they use ABRP or similar apps that link to the car? In ye olden Tesla days these were red flags for...
While we wait for the more expert people to wake up and wade in:
1. Don't suppose you got a screen shot of the message? And did it literally appear - BOOM - as you tried to charge? I don't recall the Porsche app interposing in the process, but it was a while ago.
2. Stupid suggestion, but it's...
1. Have you charged at Tesla before? Don't want to teach you to suck eggs!
2. Can you tell us which Tesla charger it was? Some are incompatible.
3. The charging process is all controlled through the Tesla app, not the Porsche App (yet).
More for sure when we know more about the exact circumstances.
My Tesla wallbox (lower-case "w", 2019-vintage) does the same with the Macan, but it always clears back to green on its own eventually, and always before I need it again. Didn't do that when it was charging the Tesla.
It's still masked in the video (and the others on YouTube that came out in the last couple of days). Almost all of the "headlights" are transfers, even over the actual glass portions. And I think the horizontal lines below it are also disguises. When it's finally unmasked I suspect it will look...
Intrigued if there's some sort of funny business going on here - the word "Macan" doesn't appear on that page. It's from March, originally, then updated in October. Have you got an older version of the page? Not vitally important, but my curiosity has been piqued.
I defer to your knowledge in the car sphere. Without wanting to say “but another thing”… Something not being permitted or illegal doesn’t mean it doesn’t creep into the system inadvertently. Boeing’s MAX issues provide a recent example of a similar, though not identical issue that shouldn’t be...
