After a long 9 week wait, they finally fixed the car and was able to drive it home. Turns out the actuator / flapper was loose. Not sure why it took 9 weeks to resolve but I’m glad to be back in my macan turbo!
I got another email from PCNA, they said another 15-20 business days to review my case for repurchase.
I really do miss the car and want to place an order for another one. at least the next one will be a 2025. Im torn between ordering another fully loaded turbo or lesser optioned Macan 4S.
the curved part was pretty swirled after my car was in for service. They were diagnosing the AC and seemed to be touching that area a lot.
as for the center display, i just kept the factory protective film on it, the peel tab is separate so you can just remove the tab and have a free...
not gonna lie, the brand is pretty lame and so is their marketing. hyrbid forged wheels - a blend of cast and forged wheel? what kind of muck buys this? :giggle:
I hope your dealer is faster than the one I go to!
the Panamera sounds like a fun car to drive! I currently have a loaner 2025 base cayenne and the throttle lag is horrible. At first, I thought the car was great because I had a slow 4 cylinder macan loaner. Even in sport model the pedal lag...
on to week 6, a total of 8 weeks diagnosing the AC system, PCNA just gave them direction (apparently 30 minutes ago) to check the ac flaps. wait.. shouldn't of this been done as step one?!
When you get a loaner ICE Macan or Cayenne from Porsche, you'll notice how bad they actually drive. I'm dreading this loaner Cayenne I have.. it has plenty of power but the pedal lag is horrible.
Well, I really do miss my car. I got to see a glimpse of it when they said it was ready for pick up. It spent 4 weeks locked up sitting in a parking lot and 2 days unlocked and they said it was fixed. The AC issue was not fixed. I did mention this and they decided to put the car in...
going on to week 3... "support ticket open with Porsche"
I had the car in service for 3 weeks in October. The worst part is that it looks like the car hasn't been touched at all via myporsche app.
I ordered an EQE SUV AMG 53.... the car came damaged, and I declined to take delivery. They offered like 30k off. I test drove it and the brakes really sucked. The car just felt heavy. I really did like the interior, but the overall build quality just sucked. If you look at any black EQE...
Update: I brought the car back to the dealership Monday and was lucky enough to speak with the shop foreman. I explained the AC issue and that the technician ordered the control panel and we both agreed it should've been an actuator not a control panel. So hopefully this gets resolved this week.
