    Software update

    I can also lock/unlock my late '25 4S using my Porsche app from day 1.As for Smart Lift feature was already installed in my car from the factory and I'm using it occasionally.

    Believe me Tomek,actually there are!!!Not only Porsche cars but also other expensive brands.I was in the Insurance business until I retire a year ago (I was running my own office) and I know first hand!You'll be amased by what some of them was asking in order to be able to achieve the lowest...

    Macan EV battery repair / replacement after accident! (video)

    ... That's why a full insurance cover by a well known insurance company for the actual entire car cost is essential!And also that's why such an insurance policy cost that much!!

    Could be covered under warranty ? Sun roof

    Seems like the driver tried to pass below something without the adequate clearance and hit. Definitely not be covered under warranty IMO.Best bet an insurance compensation without any deductable amount for such a damage!

    Car pulling to the right

    I'm almost certain there were couple of posts here concerning that matter, Tomek @TomekGnomek you were the one?It was some time ago so it's quite hard to remember if it was only you or also someone else as well.As far as I recall the issue was discussed quite extensively and the thread was alive...

    Painting side blades, front diffusor, side skirt, wheels arces like on turbo?

    Now that's indeed a really brilliant idea!!! It's such a pity I didn't have such a great envision when I was thinking this design for my car!!Next time I should remember to ask for such an advice, definitely!😁

    Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

    It's definitely certain the spontaneous battery heating while the car stays parked and unused is directly related to the % SoC loss.If we only could find out why is this happening we would have the solution to this so much stubborn issue.So the real question is: Why the car is triggering on its...

    Moving from 21" -> 20" Wheels??

    You could at least get a pair of rears only, of 290/40 20" which will give you a profile of 116mm,very close to 117.5mm of the front.This will be pretty much inside the tolerance of what the car could accept at least width wise.However the wheel diameter will still be 11~12mm smaller than the...

    Moving from 21" -> 20" Wheels??

    You're gonna be 0.275cm higher at the front than at the back (117.5mm front/114.75mm rear). Also,the 3cm width per wheel you'll gonna loose at the back because of the narrower tires (6 cm in total for the rear axle) is quite much IMHO compared to the narrower acceptable by Porsche for that car...

    Painting side blades, front diffusor, side skirt, wheels arces like on turbo?

    I foil wrapped front spoiler,rear defuser,side skirts and side blades and also the upper mirror covers as well. However, the side blades must be the ones with the smooth finish and also all the other parts be the ones with the smooth finish from off-road option like mine.Most likely the...

    TRIP STATUS- and range issues

    As far as I can tell from my own personal experience this is definitely another battery cell rebalancing case. @tjt1976 most likely by doing this the issues you discribed will be a thing of the past.I used to see exactly the same behaviour and because I fed up with all local dealers and their...

    Battery cells reset/rebalancing after erratic SoC readings

    @Jetced,no my charging speed at ultra fast chargers was (and still is) fine,my only problem was the SoC % erratic behaviour.Now,almost 700Km later and many charging sessions at both slow,fast and ultra fast chargers everything is still o.k. and SoC shows me exactly what it should according to...

    Does your Macan EV keep SoC stable when left idle for a week or longer?

    I'll certainly give it a try!I'm experiencing exactly the same,my battery is always 4-5 C above ambient temperature inside my (or any) garage.I even remember one time I left the car with 37% SoC for almost 2 weeks and there wasn't the slightest % loss and also the battery temp was the same with...

    Trunk door interior red lights

    I just noticed the 2 red lights on the inside of the trunk door aren't illuminating when trunk door is open.Are they normal lights or just reflectives?I think there are some videos showing them to go on when the door opens while others are showing them to not emitting any light.

    Is Macan EV GTS the Best Macan? By “Let’s Torque Porsche”

    That question reminds me when I bought my plane back in the days..."Which is the better plane?A Cessna,a Piper,a Beachcraft,a Diamond...or whatever..." There is no such thing as "a better" plane, boat or car.The one we chose is the best for each and everyone of us as far as it makes us happy and...

    Konstantine the built date of your car is post or prior August-September 2025?Post that date all Macan got the latest 28.13 software installed right from the factory.To get it from Porsche dealership your car must be a "candidate" for the update.Mine was built 18/09/2025 and when around mid...

    Impact of cruising speed on range

    It must really be quite some time now since you last visited my country...!!In fact Greece have one of the best fast and ultra fast charging infrastructure if we exclude the central & western European countries, with almost 4.000 charging points and over 9.000 chargers.Italy you referred to has...

    Battery cells reset/rebalancing after erratic SoC readings

    So far it seems similar to what I get on the display for 75% SoC after my cells was rebalanced. Since your car "thought" it received 61,75kWh instead of 50 you'll get at least another 10kWh past "100%" SoC.I would be baffled if you don't! :like:
