The safety sound is a monotone consistent hum, the sport sound from my experience varies in tone and volume. You can hear it in the video but admittedly it’s hard to distinguish

My understanding that Drive Assist looses the LKA element of Innodrive as you mention but only as a result of having more advanced autonomous driving abilities including lane change etc (in regions that allow it).

I’d say the opposite (though it’s fluctuates by model), but the HK systems in BMW have gotten worse over the last 15 years I’ve been buying them (8/9 in total) and the handful of cars from the Porsche stable with Bose seem to be better.
