My service manager advised me now into month 5 that the car does not precondition the battery to maximize the charge speed while navigating to EA chargers. Has anyone succeeded in this weather by having the battery at the maximum temperature to achieve fast charging?

After 4 months of charging issues with EA I am still having issues with preconditioning. Now I have to go back to the dealer to have diagnostics, more wasted time on something as simple as precondition battery, charge and drive… why is it so difficult for Porsche… My Tesla was automatic!

I already ceramic coated and placed film on car at tinted the windows 20%. Even with low mileage I want to keep it looking good for Some time … the ceramic coating. And the film were both $1,600 in PA.

you may have to reset your app on the car if Plug & Charge is grey out on the app.., once you can activate plug and charge you need to request a certificate on the app.. then when you pull into a EA charging station and plug in the car does the rest… this took me two months to solve … hopefully...
