    Manual DC-flap doesn’t open - Any ideas?

So the problem cropped up for me again. Drivers side only would not open. Took it to the dealer and they indicated it was an electronic problem where the locking mechanism Han idk wouldn’t release. Not sure what they did to fix it but it was a dealer repair.

    Manual DC-flap doesn’t open - Any ideas?

I had the same problem with my manual charge door. After walking away and letting the car fully turn off and then coming back to turn it on again, the door opened for me.

Thoughts on my Macan EV Turbo (after 5 years in Teslas) - owner review

That's good that they did. It was almost an oversight because they had one on the driver's side but not the passenger. I think all of the early ones were missing that.

Thoughts on my Macan EV Turbo (after 5 years in Teslas) - owner review

Not sure if anyone's replied to this already, but you can resolve the passenger seat belt rattle by getting this from Suncoast (https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU99BELTCLIP.html?srsltid=AfmBOopEZLqiwBy_I6F2C4onM7DOg3MSsf6oGq5wFyArgNa7y39Aeod3). Just install it and raise the buckle near...

    Assistance systems issues

I randomly get these as well. Sometimes all of them freak out, sometimes just one or two. It clears after you’ve turned off the car for a while. Sometimes might take several hours or more. But always seems to go away with time. Annoying, but taking to the dealer doesn’t seem to help as it...

Best Service Dept, Walnut Creek or Marin?

I’ve only been with Marin. It’s a mixed bag with them. To be fair, I bought one of the first Macan EVs that came in (a woman declined to take the one she spec’d months ago), and the service department had zero experience with the car. They couldn’t figure out how to fix the Plug and Charge...

Macan 4 EV not ready for prime time

Fair points. As long as it truly isn’t a lemon though. I had a Gallardo back in ā€˜04 that had all sorts of problems and after 1 yr and 18k miles (including track miles), the dealer lemoned it. (It was actually a good experience as I expected teething problems for that car, it wasn’t a daily...

Macan 4 EV not ready for prime time

What is the disincentive to do buybacks? They can’t then resell the car as new? Is it the dealer or Porsche that resists it (or both) due to costs?

I think you should wait until the day of delivery to do all this then. Should be fine.

    Pickup Checklist

Make sure the Electrify America "Plug and Charge" is working. It is possible to fix this yourself, but it's cumbersome and a bit of trial and error.
