My 4S arrived at Baltimore and it took 2 days to reflect that it had arrived in the app. It takes a while to unload and account for each car. It has now been seating there and the estimated port exit dates were pushed back by 2 weeks. May be there are many updates / fixes needed for the cars...

Not worried. Porsche sells in Europe and European mandate requires no more ICE after 2035. Also, as an example right now in France you have to pay a 90,000 EUR flat tax on all ICE Porsches because of CO2 emissions. That on top of the MSRP which already includes VAT. So there is no going back...

This behavior might not apply when navigating to a charging station with a target SOC at charge locations set below. Indeed, during Out of spec Dave road trip they discuss setting the target SOC to 7% and never mentioned the car would start being anemic...
