The shortcut is working for me now. It would have been great if the shortcut action returned status so that error handling could be implemented.

I have 400 or so shortcuts, very familiar with how they work. It was confusing to me why there are so many that don't seem to do anything outside the car. I did try that Climatization one you mention, added my VIN, toggled the green toggle and ran it. Nothing happens.

Coming from a Tesla I guess I should be impressed they have an app that can do some pretty decent things, including this new addition - but it’s just so far behind. I hope they continue to add some of these creature comforts.

I can’t figure out what setting controls the traffic announcements when I’m driving. I would like to turn them off. I looked in the manual but found nothing that suggests there is a setting.

Interesting. That was the case for me, but after a few resets, I can just plug in to an EA charger and it now starts and recognizes the car without needing to use the Porsche app.

Sounds like I'm in your boat. It seems like a bug and they will just need to write code to remediate it. Does Plug and Charge work for you though? Have you tried going to an EA station and plugging in to see if it works?

Yes, that is what I meant (not a reboot). Completely wipe the PCM and set up my account again, get the time to sync, etc. What I find interesting is that resetting the PCM doesn't reset all the car settings. Many of the personalization settings are stored somewhere else, which leads me to...

I have done 8 factory resets at this point. If what you mean by that is resetting the PCM. It has not resolved it for me.
