Went from bad to worse. Now it’s saying “Does not support remote access services”. But I logged on and checked remote services are enabled (as they have been since I got the car).
I’m trying to use the Porsche iPhone app to navigate, distance is 70 miles, charge level indicates 198 miles available, and there are plenty of fast chargers on the route. Yet, below is the message I get. Has anyone else encountered this?

After working fine since I got the Macan EV, today the iPhone app stopped showing latest data (charge, location, etc.). No data issues on the phone. Reinstalled app too. Any ideas?
Unlikely I drove for this long without the frunk been closed properly, wouldn’t the car alert me to that anyway? And just now I took it through a touchless car wash after ensuring the frunk was shut correctly, and here are photos of water that got inside.
Drove for an hour on the expressway while it was snowing. Upon stopping, I noticed there was a decent amount of snow in the frunk.
Also, when I go through a car wash I get water inside the frunk.
Is this normal?
Yes, you can charge at certain superchargers that have the magic dock. This is me, charging at a supercharger on day one.
