I’m trying to use the Porsche iPhone app to navigate, distance is 70 miles, charge level indicates 198 miles available, and there are plenty of fast chargers on the route. Yet, below is the message I get. Has anyone else encountered this?


Route calculation not possible

Possible reasons:
  • There is no suitable charging infrastructure on the selected route.
  • The next charging station cannot be reached with the current state of charge upon departure.

I’m seeing something similar. I just tried to plan a 60 mile drive just for giggles, and when I click on the “Show charging stations” button the app reports “No charging stations nearby” which I know is incorrect — there are Electrify America stations both near me and along the route.

TheUK must be using different servers as I just used the app to plan a journey requiring charging and it was spot on.

Went from bad to worse. Now it’s saying “Does not support remote access services”. But I logged on and checked remote services are enabled (as they have been since I got the car).

We had faced an unplanned disturbance that affected the My Porsche App as well as the in vehicle login. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The responsible teams have resolved the issue and affected services are working again as expected. Please allow 24 hours for all services to connect.
