My AC port work because I was able to charge it at the dealership. The charger is messed up.

Update: Instead of trying the hairdryer, I put a portable heater in my garage. Temperature in the garage was 8-10 Celsius and the charging port opened up. Removed the heater, garage temperature is 5 Celsius and it doesn't open anymore.

Yeah service center folks don't seem to be super educated on this. I've been to the dealership 3 times already and it works there given the room temperature but they don't work outside when it's 20F or lower. It could be metal expansion/contraction issue but unsure what the resolution will be...

I'd say it depends on the weather where you will be leaving your car for the 6 weeks. I wouldn't worry too much if the temperature is 15-45 degree celcius range but if it falls below 0 degree then I would leave it plugged in with the target of 50%. Regardless of what Porsche says, the battery...
